This unpredictability makes it impossible for patients to plan for the future or make informed decisions about their health.

Medicare is primary insurance if you are 65+ (so the federal government is negotiating pricing). Only in PERA’s self-funded Pre-Medicare plans do we have the ability to negotiate such a package.
